Sales / Design Consultant
We are looking for a personable, high-energy, professional Sales and Design Consultant who easily engages with customers to deliver a unique and exceptional customer experience.
To be successful in this role, you will be passionate about our products and have a flare for design. Through ongoing product training, you will provide customized solutions to suit each customer’s home, family, and lifestyle.
Using your passion for sales and design, you will play a pivotal role in bringing our customers dreams to life. Whether it's helping them select the right furniture piece, choose the perfect fabric, or tailor the design to their unique space, you will collaborate closely to create a completed Castle Mountain Home Furnishing’s product.
- 5+ years of experience in sales, high-end retail, or luxury retail preferred
- Experience working with textiles or Interior Design (preferred but not essential)
- Ability to assist customers with their purchasing decisions by identifying their needs and wants and suggesting suitable options
- Results focused with a continuous improvement mindset to keep up to date with the latest trends
- Superior time management skills within a fast-paced environment, highly efficient with ability to operate independently
- Highly organized
- Team player with high level of professionalism and integrity
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a timely fashion
- Provide a luxury experience for Castle Mountain Home Furnishings clientele through product expertise and elevated service
- Manage all phases of the client experience from initial contact through product delivery
- Grow and maintain a strong client base
- Ensure fiscal goals are achieved
- Represent Castle Mountain Home Furnishings through integrity-filled communication and professionalism. Impeccable communication skills both written and verbal, with excellent professional presentation
- Support visual and quality standards within the Showroom. Maintain presentation of the showroom
